How to run it
Original station-plan variant. Two numbered teams wait on opposite sides, one in pinnies. Coach tosses a ball and calls two or three numbers so matching players form 2v2 or 3v3. Attack the goal area. Players without the ball find an open receiving spot. Time is a planning estimate within the original 10-minute station cap.
